Note:  ATraining Course for Leaders (TCL), is based on a manual by Rev. George Boran, CSSP, a priest from Ireland. (George Boran, c.s,s,p.: Training course for leaders: A practical do-it-yourself-kit for forming people for team work. The Columba press, 2002)/   The ILM team translated and adapted this course into Ukrainian.   In 2006, under the supervision of its original author, Rev. George Boran, ILM first offered the course to a group of Ukrainian active lay leaders. Since then, this course has been offered six times in various regions of Ukraine. The course proves especially useful due to the manner in which it promotes how gained knowledge and skills may be flexibly integrated with time management as well as with a diversity of group participants.
