In Drohobych the youth was discussing the issue “Is a person born as a leader or can become a leader?”

«The atmosphere was very friendly. Very pleasant was a fact that the participants themselves offered games and music for ice-breakers. That means that they were very open and creative and shared their talents.” – said Myroslav Pazdersky, a graduate of Lay Leadership Summer School of 2007, a trainer of the Institute of Leadership and Management. Together with Maria Shtereb and Anna Senkiv, graduates of Lay Leadership Summer School of 2010, they were opening leadership potential of young people using interactive techniques, role games and group work. They were teaching how to develop group dynamics, how to set up priorities during planning some activities. After the training the participants expressed their wish to continue such type of informal education, so the Institute of Leadership and Management is considering about continuation of the trainings for the next year.
