Mission:
ILM’s mission is to further civic society in Ukraine by training leaders for the non-profit sector with a strong basis in Christian ethical principles and international standards. The Institute offers a certificate program combining both theory and practice; presents workshops and trainings, conferences and lectures.

History:
The current Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)was formed in 2010, merging two previous entities -- the Lay Leadership Center (LLC) and the Institute of Non-profit Management (INPM). This re-organization combined within one department two expanding programs, having numerous mutual interests, yet clearly delineated the specific tasks of the training in management of non-profit organizations.
